Located on Highway 378, the airport is home of the North American Institute of Aviation, also known as NAIA, which is one of the finest aviation schools in the United States. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is not open 24/7 it closes after the last flight around 12 and reopens at 4 AM. Do not plan on spending the night. There is a jail located in the back of the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Security is very high do not drink and drive or bring any guns or drugs around the airport you will be arrested. The other Airports in the area are Florence SC, Charleston SC and Wilmington NC.
